This is Regina Crawford Phillips my great-grand mother. The young lady is my mother Lagathia Goss Duncan. Regina lived at Whitby up Spencer creek on top of the mountain called the Lacy Meadows Farm. Thanks Bob for this contribution of a unique time in Whitby and its people.
